In Tashkent, the National Bank of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, represented by its authorized signatory, enters into a contract with the Holder, who possesses a passport issued in Uzbekistan. This agreement outlines the terms of the UZCARD payment system, which is a network of cashless transactions utilizing microprocessor plastic cards. Participants include the Bank, other commercial banks, and processors. The Special Cash Card Account is a deposit for obligations related to plastic cards. The Debit Card, compliant with EMV standards, allows multiple transactions within Uzbekistan, facilitated by banks and service enterprises that accept these cards.
