Concerns About Urinalysis After Experimentation

I recently experimented with a technique called retrograding, which involves stopping ejaculation so that semen enters the bladder. I enjoyed this, but now I have to take a urine test. I already urinated once without issue, but I am worried about what will happen when I provide the sample. I did not intend for this to happen and I fear that the presence of semen in the cup could lead to serious consequences. I am a responsible individual and do not want to face repercussions for my new interests. I plan to hydrate with lemon-lime Gatorade to prepare, but I am anxious about the outcome.
