Concerns Over Unequal Treatment and Due Process

It has been two weeks since the official communication about the EC decision, and I want to thank everyone for their support during this time. I received the HSA decision prior to submitting an appeal, and before I could act, the new SAC-C was appointed. It became clear that I faced the most severe consequence: the revocation of my ongoing and future POR, while others in similar situations were not treated the same. Despite requesting clarification and providing evidence of uniform punishment, I was told the decision would not be reconsidered. I believe we must uphold due process, with clear allegations and formal procedures for removal.
